KOHIMA, NOVEMBER 22 (MExN): As part of 25th edition Hornbill Festival 2024, the Nagaland Strongman and Fitness Association (NSFA) will be organizing 7th edition of Hornbill International Strongman and Crossfit (Men & Women) competition 2024 on December 7 at CT Square, Chümoukedima. Rs. 2 lakh has been set as prize money.
Strongman competition will feature truck pulling, deadlift, shoulder press, log squad, log race, farmers walk, tyre flip and Naga stone.
Naga Crossfit challenge for men will feature burpees, clean & jerk, chin up, dead lift, log lift squats, dumbbell front rise and box jump.
For women, it will have feature clean & jerk, log squat, burpees and box jump.
Neingutuo Rio, secretary, Central Executive Board, Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) will be the special guest.
The event partners includes; Bodycraft Gym & Bodycraft Urban, Government of Nagaland, Nagaland Tourism, Department of Youth Resources & Sports, World Strongman, Indian Sports & Fitness Society and Federation India Strongman.
