The 28th Spero Meliora 2022 under the aegis of Kohima Village Students Union (KVSU) and Dolphin Club Kohima took place on August 13 at Kohima Village Council Hall under the theme “Break the ice and steal a march.”
This event was marked by solo, essay, cultural song, fine arts and spelling bee competitions.
Gracing the event as the special guest, Nagaland Building & Other Construction Workers’ Welfare Board (NBOCWWB) chairman Dr. Kekhrielhoulie Yhome acknowledged KVSU and Dolphin Club for opening such platform to build and strengthen the talents of the youngsters.
He challenged the youngsters to upgrade their skills and cope with the competitive world. He also told them to go ahead in whatever field they are good at.
A good number of students representing Tsütuonuomia Students Union (TSU), Lhisemia Students Union (LSU), Dapfhütsumia Students Union (DSU) and Pfuchatsumia Students Union (PSU) under KVSU joined the event.
Earlier, organising committee convenor Dzüvinguzo Mepfhüo delivered welcome address while KVSU president Neizovolie Nigel Solo proposed vote of thanks.
