A Phisie Meho: Tenyidie music album released

Adding another feather in the cap of music industry in Nagaland, a Tenyidie music album entitled “A Phisie Meho” by Zekuosa Zhale and Vilavor Loucii was released here on August 5.

It was formally released by Dr Neiphrezo Keditsu, chairman Nagaland Khadi & Village Industries Board (NKVIB), Government of Nagaland at Red Cross Building.

Zekuosa Zhale hails from Dihoma village and Vilavor Loucii from Zhadima village of Kohima district.

As an intimated friend through music, today, they valued and celebrated the journey of their friendship through this debut music album.

‘A Phisie Meho’ (Reviewing my footprints) has a combination of 9 gospel and love songs.

By and large, this music album focuses the positive aspect of life, and also compliments the footprints of the elders and parental love and care, said Zhale.

The programme was chaired by Seyiekietuo Kesitsu while Diethometuo Lhoungu, pastor Associate pastor CRC Dihoma invoked God’s blessing.

This album has been recorded at Aseu Chadi Studio, Kohima.

‘Promote Tenyidie music’

Congratulating the duo for entering into music industry, Dr. Keditsu stressed on the need to promote Tenyidie music.

Lauding them for making a good beginning in Tenyidie music, he solicited the support of the well-wishers to take them forward.

“Let us promote them. Promoting them is like promoting ourselves and Tenyidie,” he said.

Talking on the emerging competitiveness in the music industry, he stressed on the need to take a career in music with diligence and professionalism.

Informing that Ura Academy has been placing its enormous effort towards promotion of Tenyidie, Dr. Keditsu expressed dismay over the minimal form of communication in local dialects by the youngsters, especially in urban areas.

Meanwhile, he appreciated the youngsters for shifting their mentality towards self-reliant and self sustenance options and termed it as a positive development.
