Since Indian Army started the war with Nagas in 1954, more than 100,000 Nagas have sacrificed their lives in defence of Naga sovereignty. Again aftermath of the Shillong Accord, Isak and Muivah declared their promises to the Naga people that “We will never relinquish Nagaland to anyone”. (NSCN Manifesto P. 15) “We will not accept whatsoever the silver chains or gold to bind us”. (NSCN Polarisation P. 49), and killed thousands of Nagas including patriotic Naga leaders who refused to support them (NSCN). What then Isak talks about a solution within the New Year 2012 in breach of their own promises. Let Isak and Muivah bring Naga sovereignty to Nagaland. If not the souls of the dead will cry out against them and they (Isak, Muivah) will be cursed forever as traitors and murderers by the history of Nagaland.
