DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 20 (MExN): Abiogenesis, the pioneering folk fusion band from Nagaland, has bagged the Best Rock Regional Song Award for their song “Asen Lima” from the album Tales in Harmony at the 5th Edition of the Clef Music Awards, held on September 19 at The Westin Garden City, Mumbai (Goregaon).
The award was received on behalf of Abiogenesis by Mesensen, marking a proud and historic moment for the Nagaland music community.
The Clef Music Awards, an annual initiative by Indiantelevision.com’s ITV Group-India, celebrates outstanding achievements across diverse genres of the Indian music industry, recognizing works released between May 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025. The 2025 edition featured participation from top music labels such as Tips Music, Universal Music, Warner Music, and Believe India, further cementing the event’s status as a premier platform honoring music excellence.
The evening began at 6:30 PM and concluded with a networking dinner, bringing together some of the most prominent voices and contributors in the Indian music landscape.
