The Angami Catholic Youth Association (ACYA) organised Bible Quiz competition at St. Francis de Sales (SFS) Parish Kohima Town under the aegis of Nagaland Catholic Youth Movement on October 15.
Kevin Khezhie emerged as the winner and pocketed a cash prize of Rs.10,000 sponsored by John Sekhose, while Keneisevor Theophil, the runner-up received a cash prize of Rs.6000 sponsored by SFS Parish Kohima Town.
Teisovi Gerard Meyase acted as the quiz master. Parish priest Rev. Fr. Richard Fernandez gave away the prizes to the winners.
Kevin and Theophil will represent ACYA (SFS) team and compete at the second phase of Bible Quiz during the Regional Level at Cathedral Church next Sunday, October 22.
The winners of the Regional Level will take part in the final phase of the competition to be held at Little Flower Higher Secondary School, Kohima on October 29 with Rt. Rev Bishop James Thoppil, Bishop of Kohima, Nagaland as the chief guest.
