ACYA Khrietho Rülou 2018 friendship meet concludes

  Kohima, November 12 (MExN): Khrietho Rülou 2018 under the aegis of Angami Catholic Youth Association (ACYA) under the theme "Khrista la shieshülie" culminated on November 11 at Don Bosco School (DBS), Kohima and WAPO ground, Sechü-Zubza.   The three-day friendship meet was hosted by Sechü-Zubza Catholic Youth Association (SZCYA), a press release here stated.   The closing ceremony was held at DBS campus wherein Seyiezhato Samuel, President Catholic Union Sechü-Zubza gave away prizes to the winners.   During the closing function, Kelhouzasie Lawrence, Vice President ACYA proposed the vote of thanks. Puotounguno Teresa chaired the program while Kevilelie Gregory said the benediction.   Meanwhile, ACYA also felicitated Kuotseituo John Keditsu, who was recently conferred with the Indian Catholic Youth Movement National Youth Award in Delhi. In recognition of his contribution towards the youth ministry, Church and Society, Keditsu, the present President of Kohima Town Angami Catholic Youth Association was given the award.   Earlier, participants attended the Eucharist celebrated by Rev Fr Elow Samuel at St Mary Garretti Church, Sechü-Zubza.   A new game called "Mithun Caravan", a type of disaster risk reduction awareness game was introduced and conducted by the officials from the Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA).   About 600 members from the five regions - Kohima Town Angami Catholic Youth Association (KTACYA), Western Angami Catholic Youth Association (WACYA), Southern Angami Catholic Youth Association (SACYA) , Northern Angami Catholic Youth Association (NACYA) and Chakhro Angami Catholic Youth Association (CACYA) attended the Khrietho Rülou 2018 meet.
