PUNGRO, JANUARY 13 (MExN): ADC Pungro, James T. Khulu, has issued a circular prohibiting the sale and use of alcohol or any other intoxicating substances in Pungro Town during the Tsungkamnyo Mini Hornbill Festival to be held from January 15-17.
The prohibition was to maintain public peace, and the violators shall be subject to prosecution under the Nagaland Liquor Total Prohibition Act, 1989, the circular stated.
