Kohima, September 20 (MExN): The Principal Accountant General (A&E), Nagaland office today informed all retired state government officers/officials that pension cases and GPF Final Payment cases settled for the month of August, 2021 have been uploaded on its website.
“Pensioners may log on to this Office web-site at www.cag.gov.in/ae/nagaland/en by clicking at GPF Final Payment Settled Cases and Pension Authorizationat Home page,” a press release from the AG office informed.
It further informed all the state government officials that a “Grievances Redressal and Feedback Committee for Entitlement Functions” has been constituted.
Aggrieved Pensioners or government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits are requested once again to write directly to Kahoto J Yepthomi, Sr. Deputy Accountant General (A&E) via e-mail at yepthomikj@cag.gov.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a handwritten letter, it said.
They may also contact the Grievance Redressal and Feedback Committee, it added
All heads of the department were further requested to quote the employees Unique ID numbers which is recorded in PIMS while forwarding applications for Pension, GPF Final payment and Leave encashment documents.
