Dimapur, June 18 (MExN): The office of the Accountant General (A &E), Nagaland has informed all retired state government officers/officials that pension cases and GPF final payment cases settled for the month of April and May, 2021 have been uploaded on Office of the PAG (A&E) Nagaland, website.
To access the list, pensioners may log on to the office’s portal (www.cag.gov.in/ae/nagaland/en) by clicking at GPF Final Payment Settled Cases and Pension Authorization at Home page, it informed in a press release on Friday.
It also informed all state government officials that a ‘Grievances Redressal and Feedback Committee for Entitlement Functions’ has been constituted. For pension related matters, officials can contact Sr Accounts Officer Joseph KA by calling 9436216580; for gazetted entitlement related matters, Sr Accounts Officer Arup Roy on 9436601437 and Sr Accounts Officer Akum Chuba on 9436005112 for GPF related matters or email the officials at agaenagaland@cag.gov.in.
Aggrieved pensioners or government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits have been requested to write directly to Deputy Accountant General (A&E) Uttam Chanda, via e-mail at chanda.u@cag.gov.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a handwritten letter. They may also contact the Grievance Redressal and Feedback Committee, the release stated.
Further, all heads of the departments have been requested to provide mobile numbers of retirees in their pension and GPF final Payment application forms in order to receive SMS Services regarding status of their Pension and GPF final payment.
