Binchilo with others during farewell prog on December 20
Kohima, December 21 (MExN): The Agriculture and Allied Department, Government of Nagaland organised a farewell programme for R Binchilo Thong, Agriculture Production Commissioner (APC) and DG Administrative Training Institute at Hotel De Orential Kohima on December 20.
The programme was organised in honour of the retiring IAS senior officer after serving in the state government in different capacity for 37 years.
Short speeches were delivered by Bandanglila NCS Jt Secretay L&E & Addl Director ATI, Dr Kruolalie Tsurho Team Leader NBRM, Chonpenthung Ezung NCS Deputy Secretary Agriculture ELEMENT and M Ben Yanthan Director Agriculture.
The services profile of Retiring IAS was highlighted by Khonthungo Lotha, Jt Secretary Agriculture.
Speaking on the event, Binchilo Thong IAS encouraged the officers and staffs to seek the cooperation of the people and encourage upholding as a team works for the improvement of department.
The programme was chaired by Sushil Kumar Patel IAS, Commissioner and Secretary Agriculture, S&WC while vote of thanks was delivered by Kietuo Doulo, Under Secretary Agriculture.
