Kohima, July 26 (DIPR): A meeting of the Administrative Heads of Department (AHODs) and Heads of Department (HODs) has been convened on July 31, 1:00 pm at the Secretariat Conference Hall as notified by Nagaland Chief Secretary Pankaj Kumar, IAS. All AHoDs and HoDs have been informed to attend the meeting positively. Agenda to be discussed include review of minutes of previous AHODs/HODs meeting – ACS and HC; Presentation by NCS probationers (2015 Batch) on Governance issues observed during District Attachment – Director, ATI; New Audit Guidelines and E-GPF – AG Nagaland; Gender Responsive Budgeting – OSD (Planning); Annual Report on Chief Secretary’s Welfare Fund – Commissioner & Secretary NSDMA; Funding requirement for girl child – SRCW; Tobacco Control – Principal Secretary H&FW; Important Instructions (including e-tendering) – P&AR; Finance Departments and any other agenda with permission of the Chairman.
