Kohima, March 1 (DIPR): A meeting of AHoDs and HoDs was held on 28th February 2011 at the Secretariat Conference Hall Kohima. The meeting deliberated and discussed about the arrangement to be made during the visit of the President of India on 9th and 10th March 2011 at Kohima. A public reception will be organised at Naga Heritage village Kisama, it was decided. Additional Chief Secretary, Alemtemshi has informed the house that the Planning Department has set 12th March 2011 as the last date for receiving files/bills for the current financial year. He also requested all the departments for any success story as desired by the Chief Minister. Financial Commissioner, Toshi Aier also announced that all departments should depute its nodal officer only, to the Finance department to pursue the files in time. The Chief Secretary also demanded all the departments to include the state share contribution of 10% on CSS proposals for successful implementation of the scheme/project.
