DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 8 (MExN): Ahuna Open Volleyball Tournament organized by Mission Board Zutovi was held at Zutovi Village on November 8 with President, MES (Military Engineer Service), Contractor and Supplier, Dimapur, Phutolu Achumi as the chief guest.
While delivering a short address, Achumi thanked the organizers for inviting him to the programme. He also encouraged the players to give effort in their play and to nurture their talent as sports has potential in the state.
All together nine teams are participating in the tournament. The chief guest also donated cash to the organizers and to all the nine teams. He was accompanied by Western Sümi Youth Front President, General Secretary and other office bearers.
The compere of the programme was Avikali Awomi, Supervisor, Sunday School, ZBC; invocation was done by Rev Shitovi Swu, ZBC and welcome speech was given by Vikuto Achumi, Head GB, Zutovi Village.
