Mokokchung, June 11 (MExN): The Ao Students' Conference, in collaboration with Child Helpline Mokokchung, has commenced a hostel inspection drive in and around Mokokchung town to assess the living conditions, safety and overall welfare of students residing in various hostels.
The organisers informed that the inspection will be carried out in phases until all hostels in and around Mokokchung have been covered.
The initiative aims to ensure that students are provided with a safe, healthy and conducive living environment while also creating awareness on child protection issues and the services available through Child Helpline.
According to the organisers, the joint exercise reflects the commitment of both organisations towards safeguarding the well-being and holistic development of students in the district through regular monitoring and awareness initiatives.
