Akok Longchar wins 15th Atou Memorial Open Snooker C’ship

Akok Longchar today emerged the champion of 15th Atou Memorial Open Snooker Championship 2019 which concluded here today at Atou Pool House.

Longchar pocketed a cash prize of Rs. 15,000 along with trophy and citation.

Runner-up Neitho Chadi received a cash prize of Rs. 10,000 along with trophy and certificate.

Semi finalists Kezhavituo Vizo and Mathew Pienyii were awarded with Rs. 3000 each.

Tolto Vizol won the highest break point award and got a cash prize of Rs. 3000.

Atou Snooker Club president Menuoletuo Keyho handed over prize to the winners.

The Championship was held under the aegis of Atou Snooker Club and sponsored by Lt. Ketoulhou (Atou) family. 

It was played in three locations- Atou Pool House, 147 Club and Q’ Lounge. 48 players for Kohima, Dimapur and Wokha joined the tournament.
