New Delhi, September 23 (MExN): Alobo Naga & The Band (ANTB) delivered an electrifying performance to a packed audience at the 7th edition of NESt FEST-2024, held at Delhi’s Talkatora Stadium. Organised by My Home India, the festival is a celebration of the vibrant culture and talent from Northeast India.
As part of their ongoing tour to promote their highly anticipated EP, Do You Dare, ANTB captivated the audience with a dynamic setlist, featuring several unreleased tracks from the upcoming release. Fans were equally excited to hear some of Alobo Naga’s biggest hits, including Mitry Gaana, which had the entire stadium singing along.
The band’s performance at NESt FEST was another standout moment in their tour, as they continue to engage audiences nationwide. Their energetic stage presence and powerful delivery left fans eagerly anticipating the release of the new EP.
Union Minister Kiren Rijiju, alongside other dignitaries, participated in the event, adding to the sense of pride and unity in the stadium. Jyotiraditya Scindia, Union Minister of Development of the North eastern Region, was also present to grace the occasion.
The evening also featured electrifying performances by prominent North eastern artists such as Jessie Lyngdoh and renowned Mizo folk singer Ruatpuil, among others.
With active participation from students across the country and performances by several well-known artists from the Northeast, NESt FEST-2024 showcased the unity, rich traditions, and cultural diversity of India. The festival was a true celebration of the unique heritage of the Northeast and its significant contribution to the country’s broader cultural tapestry.
