DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 28 (MExN): “The very long standing issue between the State Government and Nagaland Contractors’ & Suppliers’ Union (NCSU) for releasing of pending bills has come to an amicable solution with active initiative of Naga Hoho, Naga Mother Association and Naga Students Federation”. This was stated in a press note issued by KL Setuo Rutsa, Vice President and Imsunok Jamir, Secretary NCSU. In this regard, the NCSU extended its heartfelt gratitude to the Governor of Nagaland Nikhil Kumar for his genuine concern and personal intervention in the matter and the assurance he had given that he himself and the Government are prepared to pay the bills just after the verification is completed by the concern committees. The NCSU has thanked all the civil societies and every individual for timely intervention and informed that general body of the NCSU meeting resolved to keep the 3rd phase of agitation in abeyance.
