DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 15 (MExN): The All Nagaland District Ministerial Service Association (ANDMSA) has issued an ultimatum to the state government to come out with a clear-cut policy on the various demands made by the Association within 30 days.
The demands includes restoration of encadrement policy of 60:40as approved by the government in 2006, elevation of Sr. HA at par to that of Directorate Superintendent and DHA/SDHA/Accountant to that of Directorate Asst. Superintendent and creation/restoration of Sr. HA/DHA in all the independent DDOs and SDHA/ACCT to Sub-Divisions as per the requirement and man power of the departments.
An ultimatum issued to the Nagaland Chief Secretary reminded that the government has constituted a committee for comprehensive examination of the various demands by the Association towards which a report was submitted within 2 months and awaiting response.
The Association however lamented that no tangible decision has been taken by the government even after a lapse of 10 months. It has therefore appealed that the government come with a clear-cut policy within 30 days failing which the Association would be compelled to take own course of action.
