Kohima, June 3 (MExN): An animation programme was conducted at Don Bosco College Kohima (DBCK) from May 28 to June 2, organised by the Youth Alive Animation team from Don Bosco College, Itanagar. The animators Telesphore Toppno, Francis Hasdak and Lucy animated the college students in three batches of first year, second year, and third year respectively.
The first day session witnessed innovative ideals of 5 SPACE which was a new introduction to the students along with other motivational talk urging students to think out of the box, according to a press release received here. The programme also promoted self-esteem and boosted self confidence of the students, it added. The highlight of the day was a talk based on ‘Be updated or you will be outdated’.
The second day was more of activities and interactive session. There was a session on photography where the students were taught on how to take perfect photos. The day concluded with the idea of “I and WE”, which promoted making use of one’s potential not only to benefit oneself but also the society. On the last day, the students were taught on how to have designed Thinking “where we change make things people want.” The seminar was later taken over by the invited guest Sukanta Biswas, who elaborated about happiness.
There was also a presentation from students of each department about the gain and pain of college life, which was followed by an activity ‘The Empathy Map’. The groups shared their pain and discovered from Empathy Map ways to solve them.
