The All Nagaland Private Schools’ Association (ANPSA) Kohima unit organized an Inter-School Quiz & Extempore Competition at St Mary’s Cathedral Higher Secondary School, Lerie, Kohima on August 13.
Speaking on the occasion as the special guest, Asano Sekhose, Chairman, Nagaland Board of School Education urged the students to look beyond textbooks to gain knowledge and information. Stating that children of the present time are global citizens, she said they should get the right information, and know their responsibilities and obligations to the society.
Vezühü Keyho, General Secretary, Private College Association, Nagaland gave away prizes to the winners while ANPSA Kohima unit President, Zhopota Rhakho gave an introduction of the event. Vote of thanks was proposed by Kepelhouto Nakhro, General Secretary, ANPSA Kohima unit.
