Zunheboto, August 29 (MExN): The All Nagaland Private School Association, Zunheboto Unit conducted a District Level Literary Competition (Quiz and Extempore Speech) on August 27 where several schools from Zunheboto town participated
The programme was held in Olympic Higher Secondary School and was attended by students, teachers and representatives of the various schools of Zunheboto, informed a press release on Monday.
Vincent H Sukhalu, President ANPSA, Zunheboto Unit, gave the welcome speech and the vote of thanks was given by Bliss K Achumi, General Secretary ANPSA, Zunheboto Unit.
In the quiz competition, the first position was bagged by Heroka Yeptho and Nani Angela Chauhan of Woodland Higher Secondary School while Alomica M Aye and Lika A Rochill of Bethany School came second.
The extempore speech competition winners were Kilini P Zhimo of Cornerstone Higher Secondary School in first position while Merytoli Kinny of Bethany School and Kupuka H Zhimomi of Bloomfield Hill Higher Secondary School came second and third respectively.
The release informed that the winners of the competitions would participate in the State Level Literary Competition which is to be held in Kohima.
