Dimapur, October 14 (MExN): With the mission to provide specialized early intervention support services for Children with Special Needs, ‘Anitet Early Intervention Centre’, a collaborative project between Keystone Education Society, Charis Educational Society and Aoyimti Baptist Church was inaugurated on October 14. 

“Every child deserves the best possible start in life, and so the team is committed to help the special needs children become school-ready, prepared to learn together with peers in regular schools,” Aoyimti Baptist Church pastor Temsu jamir stated in a press release.

The inaugural programme was conducted at Shisamolu Taktang in ABC Dimapur. Pastor Temsu Jamir gave the keynote address.

Lanusongla, President Keystone Education Society, Ayo Aier, Administrator Charis High Academy and T Merang Aier, Deacon also spoke during the programme. The speakers stressed on the needs to facilitate children with learning disabilities and difficulty in learning, the release stated. 

The programme was chaired by Imtisunep, Asso Pastor (Youth), invocation and benediction prayers by Imlisashi Deacon and Yashila Associate Pastor (Women) respectively.
