KOHIMA, SEPTEMBER 24 (MExN): Following an executive council meeting today, the Angami Public Organisation (APO) has reiterated its demand of “the Fact Finding Committee set up by the Government to bring out the truth and fix responsibility on the perpetrators involved in the incident” that happened on September 1.
The APO, through a press release from its Information & Publicity Secretary and Asst. General Secretary, has informed that it has “no hand” in the incident in Dimapur and thus “by no means” takes responsibility for the death of “Kisheto including the gun shot injury of Miss Neitsolo-ü Koza”.
The Organisation has said that it stands for “peaceful coexistence” of the Nagas but shall “oppose any group/organization which hatch and instigate communal tension and disharmony in Naga society”.
