I am a Dimapurian, born and brought from Dimapur and i love my city. Sadly Dimapur is stink hell, filled with filth. Please provide Dust bins. Place dust bins in strategic places and make peeing on the road side a crime with heavy penalty. Tetra packs, sweet covers, plastic, etc... are being thrown openly in the streets. Please make it mandatory for every shop to keep a waste bin. Before I conclude, I appeal to the Dimapurians to maintain civic sense. Don't throw your wastes on the street or spit your pan or tamul in the street.
