Subject: For retention of S.K Paul, assistant teacher, govt high school, Purana Bazar, Dimapur for the interest of school education
The undersigned on behalf of the Purana Bazar area joint councils would like to put before you the facts and circumstances regarding transfer of the most wanted teacher of the school for your further favourable order in these regard. The Purana Bazar Govt. High School after a long gap fortunately have a good teacher in the true sense of the term and unfortunately the said back-bone teacher got his transfer order even before completion of one year in the school and in the manner of the teacher being transferred in the middle of the academy session, it will be an academic disaster especially to the students community which will lead to poor performance of the school. Therefore thinking on this line, the Purana Bazar Area Joint council finds no other option but to represent for the retention of the said teacher Shri S. K. Paul.
The Purana Bazar Joint Council comprised of seven villages, therefore most humbly request the authority to please kindly order for retention of the said teacher in the school by canceling the illogical transfer order. And if our representation is ignored, the Joint council shall have no other alternatives but to do all efforts for the retention of the teacher and if any untoward incident or incidents takes place in future, the department of School education shall be made solely liable for such causes.
The undersigned most sincerely jointly appeal the Directorate of School Education to pay heed to our representation.
