Kohima, Sept 7 (DIPR): Deputy Commissioner & Member Secretary, District Corpus Fund Committee, Kohima, Nagaland, Zaleo Rio has invited Eligible Unemployed Youth Candidates for self-employment, to collect the prescribed application form for Chief Minister Corpus Fund, 2005-06 under Kohima District from the date of issue of this notification.
Interested candidates must produce the following relevant particulars/documents issued by the competent authority.
1. Certificate of Indigenous Inhabitant of Kohima District.
2. Candidate must be within the prescribed age group of 24 years to 40 years old w.e.f the date of the issue of this press release.
3. Certificate of Date of Birth.
4. Any married Candidate should produce a certificate stating that his/her spouse is not a Government employee at present. (To be certified by an Officer of not below the rank of Deputy Secretary/Additional Deputy Commissioner/Joint Director of the District.
5. A certificate of employment registration with Employment Exchange Department.
6. Any of the candidate availed assistance for Self-Employment Programme from any Government agencies need not apply as the list of Candidates will be endorsed to all concerned Department for cross-check and deletion of such candidates.
7. The candidate should refer to the guidelines point NO.8.2 in the preparation of their Project.
8. The project report prepared outside the concerned sector Department of the District will not be accepted and also it should be approved by the Head of the concerned District Office.
9. Application form can be collected from District Planning Officer, Kohima on any day during Office Working Hour.
10. The last date for submission of the duly filled up application form with project report and other required particulars will be September 20, 2005.
11. The interview Schedule will be published again in the Daily Local News Medias.
12. The application forms will be issued on first come first basis.
