DIMAPUR, MAY 13 (MExN): Assam Rifles, in collaboration with Team 'DESH'—a group of 15 patriotic individuals—organized a distribution drive for underprivileged children in the border areas of Changlang district, South Arunachal Pradesh, on May 13.
The initiative aimed at empowering education in these areas saw the distribution of study materials to over 200 students from Class I to VIII in villages under the Khimyong circle. The children were provided with notebooks, pens, pencils, and other essential educational materials.
This joint effort between Assam Rifles and the civil society group underscores their shared commitment to uplifting education and improving the lives of children in the border regions.
