Are Dimapurians born dirty?

I am a true Dimapurian and i love my city to the core. I especially love the cosmopolitan nature of Dimapur, all tribes and race lives here.

What is so upsetting is how dirty Dimapurians are. Check the filth in the streets in the main city and in the colonies. Tetra packs, sweet covers, mineral water bottles, food wastes, paper wastes, etc... it is an eye sore and Dimapur is surely stink hell. In some parts, months of garbage collected is left unattended. Dimapur Municipal Corporation is also partly at fault. No waste bins provided in the main city. DMC really needs to provide waste bins in the main City. I wish the different colony Councils provide dustbins, if the regular wastebins are expensive, they can provide those indigenous bamboo ones.

But the fault remains with us the Dimapur Citizens. We like to keep our homes clean but we don't care about our surroundings. Please let us learn to be clean. If you are in town and you sipped a cool pack of Frooti, just don't throw it in the street or you just popped in Happy dent into your mouth, just don't throw its cover in the street. Find a waste bin and throw it there. DMC please provide waste bins. Or am I just making a futile plea? Are Dimapurians born dirty? Kevitho Kera
