DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 21 (MExN): The Ao Senso Telongjem Dimapur (ASTD) has alleged that on February 21, 2013 some ‘underground faction’ had threatened the Vice President and some senior executive members of the Ao Students Union Dimapur with ‘dire consequences’. Therefore, the ASTD has vehemently condemned the same and appealed to all the factions not to threaten nor harass any citizens while exercising their popular franchise. And in the event of the threat and harassment continuing, the ASTD has stated that it will not remain a mute spectator. This was stated in a press note issued by the President ASTD.
