Dimapur, May 5 (MExN): The Ao Senso Telongjem Dimapur (ATSD) has condemned the assault “with causing grievous injury” to Tiatemsu, an executive member of the Simapur Ao Youth Organisation by unidentified miscreants on the night of April 30 at 7th Mile, Dimapur. “It was reported that the victim was questioned of his Tribal identity before assaulting and brandished with weapon to shot at and incidentally shot only in his vehicle,” stated a press release from ATSD’s President, Supu Jamir and Assistant General Secretary, Imtinochet.
The ASTD has called for “the Union” to take the matter seriously and demanded “law enforcing agency” to expedite the investigation of the case and to book the culprits.
