Porba, December 18 (MExN): The Baptist Church Porba celebrated its 75th Anniversary on December 16 under the theme "Declare GOD's Marvelous Deeds," with Rev Dr Chekroveyi Cho-o, Executive Secretary of the Chakhesang Baptist Church Council (CBCC), as the speaker.
In his message, the speaker urged the congregation to continuously declare God's marvelous deeds at all times and not just during anniversaries and jubilees.
At the event, Rev Dr Vevo Phesao, President of CBCC, also released the anniversary souvenir.
According to a press release, the celebration began with the unveiling of the anniversary monolith presided over by Vebi Chiero, Chairman of the organising committee, and ministered by Rev Dr Cho-o. It ended with an anniversary feast.
