It is to let you know that people are blindly and innocently bewitched and swept away by satanic movement. Satanism is a reality as Satan is reality. It is the sly and subversive force against our daily life. It started from the very beginning of creation. Lucifer, the fallen angel was the organizer and orchestrator. He tried to be greater than God but the defeated foe. It is a wide spread complex scenario around the world today followed by young people who lose meaning of life. It is spiritually against God, mentally a psychic activity abusing the bodies, socially secretive association to ruin normal social purpose.
Who started Satanism?
The movement was scanty before 17th century. There was a record of Witch Trial at Salem, America in 692. Along the way, the secretive movement began to surface out openly. In later stage, Aleister Crowler, from Plymouth Brethren Church (1875), became a pioneer of modern satanic movement. He failed to recognize the meaning of life in God. His mother called him 666, the mark of anti-Christ. Once he baptized a frog called Jesus and crucified it. His anti-biblical magic writings proliferated 20th century Satanism. It is a pattern of church imitation.
What will Satanism demand from the followers?
Its agenda is ‘total destruction’. Satan will not give but demand, not bless but curse. It demands your body, your emotion, morality, and everything till you are reduced to a skeleton and then eternal damnation. The movement demands an oath taking process. He wants to attract people to be with him in Hades. The leaders of Satanism, wherever they may be from, are psychologically trained and oriented to attractively and craftily induce, seduce, and lure away youth circle to this society of doom.
What is Its Strategy?
Young people must not be misled by bloody Satanism. This movement may come in many forms, counterfeit terms with many false promises. The name of Christ with promise may come in the context of Nagaland or Mizoram, states of Christians. Bible references are familiar to them like the way Satan tempted Jesus with Bible text. Networks such as face book, emails, websites, whatsapp, media and secretive contacts are the chief strategies of this quasi perversion.
Characteristics
It imitates Christian church style, but everything is in opposite direction. They have satanic bible and rituals. They seek the power of darkness and violence. A satanic church was founded in San Francisco in 1966 with all sorts of dark apparatus such as personification of human desires, dark night uniform, heavy and death-metal music. Their worships are characterized with blood sacrifices to Devil. Animals and children have gone mysteriously missing. It is a complex as it is associated with numerous cults and occults. It will disharmonize families and communities. Its movement cannot be easily noticed since they use secretive symbolic identity. They are your day-time normal friends in schools and colleges, offices, work places, families, and social circles. Their health graphically gets deteriorated with peculiar social behavior. Satanic figures once we battled with in jungles and cliffs are taking human form today. Satan can totally capture the personality (body, psycho, soul) of a person and perform miracles even to the extent of flying flight. A person without Jesus Christ is a fertile ground to Satanism. But Satan, Lucifer cannot come near a person who is filled with the presence of Jesus Christ.
Where is the Destination of Satanists?
Satanists shall fall. He is active until his eternal imprisonment, active in many forms and shapes in the world, accusing the saints, and leading mankind away through their lusts. He is called ‘the father of lies’. Crowler and his followers came to a wretched end. Those dabbling in Satanism are predestined to eternal hell because Satan wants to increase his followers to be out there. Many Satanists mysteriously and miserably disappeared; they are devoured by fellow Satanists with undisclosed ending stories.
The Bible warns the believers that Satan would be increasingly busy and tempt humans to gross and grosser sin towards the last days. The sting of Satanism is death with a destination of eternal lake of fire (Rev 20:10; 22:15). But the believers have victory in Jesus Christ (1 Cor 15:56).
Role the Church Must Play
The intention of Satanism is to destroy the sanctity of the Church and spiritual vitality. You will know who Satanists are only when you are strong in God.
* Churches must preach and teach from the Bible that shakes and trembles Satan.
* Praying walks are instrumental against Satanism.
* Creating awareness and education in churches and families.
* Parent-children relationship must center on Jesus Christ.
* Spiritual platforms be created for youth to worship in churches.
* Talking about Bible heroes, great people, and spiritual power is a strong tool.
Role Civil Society and Government Need to Play
The strategy of Satanism is to destroy and ruin human beauty and social quality and morality, civic ethics, and peace and harmony. Partnering with the Church, government and civil bodies must bust and hunt out satanic associations and bunkers in society. This is something far more dangerous than what we call ‘election evil, corruption and liquor issues.’ This dreadful wave will attack the families and children of the bureaucrats, political authorities, and church and social leaders. We must stand firm against it if we want a secured and healthy future. Many Satanists follow a leader not knowing the bottom-line and agenda involved in it. Conscientiously:
* Dubious content of memorandum for application for Societies Registration must be checked.
* Secretive movements and night clubs under the pretext of any banners and insignias should be eradicated.
* Schools and educational centers must be aware of new and strange movement.
* Influx and intention of foreigners and visitors must be properly investigated.
* Police force must receive special orientation since Satanism is more sly and subtle than physical crimes, civil disciplinary issues, drug problems and social evils.
* Priority must be given to the development of youth and generation.
The rising of Satanism is the beginning of its down fall. Millions of people around the world pray and act against it, knowing that this secretive movement harms the globe. The medicine to wipe out this movement is the super power of Jesus who defeated Devil. What we need today is peace and harmony in the light of the Gospel. Young people must say “NO” to this deadly and despicable trap. Lucifer was thrown out from God’s presence (Isaiah 14:12-15; Rev 12:7-9). Satanism is his business and has nothing to offer you, except eventually, a total ending misery. But the Lord Jesus Christ, the living Lord, will offer you life (John 10:10).
