Kohima, November 29 (DIPR): Nagaland Governor, P.B Acharya inaugurated Bhandhan Bank, Kohima Branch at Angami Public Organization building Phulbari, opposite Oking hospital Kohima on November 29. Governor P.B Acharya in his short speech stated that everywhere the banks should come out to provide customers accessible, effective and innovative financial solution for the people. He urged the Bandhan bank officials to dedicate themselves to help the people of Nagaland. Earlier the zonal head, North east zone, Ranjan Gango Padhayay in his speech said that Bhandhan received the approval from the Reserve bank of India in April 2014 and the banking regulators finance nod came on June 17, 2015. He said that its public shareholders include international finance corporation among others and also added that the bank show accountability, professionalism and disciplines towards the citizens.
