BJP organises intensive orientation training

Dimapur, November 4 (MExN): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Nagaland State organised one day intensive orientation training on November 4 at Tourist Lodge conference hall, Dimapur.  

A press release from BJP Nagaland Media Cell informed that BJP legislature party leader and parliamentary secretary, P. Paiwang Konyak highlighted the various Central schemes and achievements under the NDA Government. The schemes included Skill India, Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, Digital India, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, and Prakash Path - way to light – the National LED programme.  

Kheto Sema, former minister and Dr Chuba Ao, former State BJP president presented the talking points and strategies for the 2018 assembly election. Meanwhile, Ananta Narayan Mishar, Organising Secretary and K. James Vizo, State executive member highlighted the BJP history and “misconceptions” regarding the party by the opponents.  

In the concluding remark, the State BJP president, Visasolie Lhoungu asked the four district touring teams to complete the awareness tour on or before November 20.  

He further announced that Rajen Gohain, Union Minister of Railway will visit Dimapur in connection to one year completion of demonetisation, which will be observed by the BJP throughout the country on November 8.  

The party through the press release reminded all that BJP like any other political parties has mission to bring development for the people and the State.   Various BJP leaders of the State such as the State Office bearers, Core group members and Morcha presidents & general secretaries attended the orientation training, it informed.
