Dimapur, June 6 (MExN): In view of the Vigilance Department, Kohima conducting physical verification of all categories of appointment or transfer of teachers from January 1, 2007 till date in Dimapur on June 10 and 11, the Office of the Deputy Inspector of Schools, Dimapur today directed all “categories of appointment and Transfer of all Teachers either Under Graduate/Primary Teacher/Graduate teacher and Office attached” under the DEO or DIS to be present on the said days at 9:00 am sharp in the office complex.
A press release issued by the DIS, Dimapur, Hetoli Sumi informed the concerned teachers and staff to come to the office with documents regarding their ‘first appointment order in original, transfer order, two passport photo, service book’.
It further informed to those schools who have not submitted their respective “Teacher Attendance Register from 2007 onward” to submit the same to the Vigilance on the same date.
Failing to comply with this circular, the office would not be held responsible for the absentee teachers, the Dimapur DIS stated.
