Dimapur, June 6 (MExN): The parent of Brown Tangkhul, the prime suspect in the sensational kidnapping and murder of two kids in Senapati district, which caught the headlines in the news for quite some time in the past, today urged NSCN (IM) authourity for right judgment and true justice for every one.
A press statement received here from S Lungmila, who asserted that her son has been declared by the NSCN (IM) as ‘undoubtedly’ the ringleader and the mastermind of the two innocent children of Senapati, Muheni Martin and Hrinii Hubert.
However, the mother of the accused, S Lungmila put forth some questions, which according to her would rebuff the implication that Brown Tangkhul is the ring leader of the kidnapping and murder.
In this connection, Lungmila questioned; ‘Is it possible for Brown Tangkhul to cultivate Manikho Mao to kidnap an kill Mao children in Senapati? Is it possible for Brown, as the ringleader and the mastermind-as alleged, to kill the two innocent kids and depose their dead bodies at a place that is near to his residence located at Viewland Colony, Senapati district? Is it possible for Brown to stay a normal life at home (Viewland Colony, Senapati district HQ) if he is the ringleader and the mastermind of the event-as alleged, when the situation in Senapati is on the boil? Is it accountable the mixed statement given by Manikho Mao charging Brown, to the NSCN(IM) interrogators and to the fathers of the two kids in presence of members of the NSCN (IM) investigation and Prayer/Visionaries Teams while in the NSCN (IM) custody in Senapati ?!
In this regard, the mother of Brown Tangkhul earnestly prayed to the NSCN (IM) higher authourity for right judgment and true justice.
“I have no objection to whatever punishment the NSCN (IM) Government should penalize to Brown, if my son involvement in the crime is very much confirmed,” stated Lungmila.
However, S Lungmila, the mother of Brown Tangkhul, demanded the NSCN (IM) higher authourity to provide the details of the probe about the involvement of Brown Tangkhul to the family members and at the same time asked that family members of Brown be summoned as witness and that a defendant on behalf of Brown be allowed during the trail in the court ‘as per the law’.
