Bulldog FC today lifted the 3rd Astro Turf Futsal Tournament under the aegis of the OLOGOC- One Life, One Goal, One Chance Club at Zasivi Futsal Arena here at Jotsoma, Kohima after defeating Adroit Boys FC. The FC pocketed a cash prize of Rs 30,000 and walked home with trophy and certificates.
In the finals, the Bulldogs scored 6 goals for the team. The scorers were Senti (3), Shijong (2) and Awang (1) while Neikethozo, Zenikho and Kezhangulie of Adroit FC scored 1 goal each for the team. Adroit FC walked home with Rs. 15,000 cash and trophy and certificates.
In the semi finals, Bulldogs and Emoji FC met in the 1st set with bulldogs pocketing 8 goals and Emoji FC 2. In the 2nd set, Adroit boys FC won the match by 6 goals defeating Team Crew X with 5 goals.
The best goal keeper went to Nughoto of Emoji and man of the tournament went in favour of Bulldog’s Pursunep.
