KOHIMA, June 1 (DIPR): The Nagaland Government has drawn up a Calendar of Activities for implementation of Plan schemes during the year 2007-08 for various activities under Negotiated Loan.
The Planning and Co-ordination Department said preparation and submission of Detail Project Reports (DPRs) to Planning and Finance Department for obtaining project clearance will be done in June. Obtaining Sanction of Loans from Financial Institutes (FIs) will be done in September, while obtaining release of Loans from FIs and obtaining clearance of Planning and Finance Department for drawal of funds under Negotiated Loan is to be done in October. Completion of Codal formalities for issue of work order (in case of new project) is to be done in November, and review of mobilization of Negotiated Loan by State Planning Board will be done in December.
Those Departments failing to obtain their allocated Negotiated Loans by October 31 will be liable to transfer the Negotiated Loan allotted to them shall be reallocated to better performing Departments requiring additional fund during the financial years.
