PEREN, MAY 2 (MExN): In commemorating the 75th anniversary of Peren Township, a career guidance cum orientation program was held at Peren Town Hall on April 30 with Henok Buchem, NCS, Secretary, SSB; Lt Col Atong Konyak; EAC Peren, Er Seyievilie Pfukri; and Anirban Mukherjee, Operational Manager India & International Emporium Skill Training Institute as the resource persons.
Deputy Director, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Sciences, Dr Ilang who also spoke on the occasion shared on how to become successful in life by advising the student community that every little effort can lead to a successful life.
A was also given by Lt Col Atong Konyak and EAC Peren, Seyievilie on National Defence Academy (NDA), Combined Defence Service Exam (CBSE) and Technical professionalism. A presentation on entrepreneurship for students was presented. Note of gratitude was delivered by ADC Peren, Keyirangding Hegui, NCS.
More than 300 students from Government Higher Secondary School, Peren; Baptist Higher Secondary School, Peren; All Saints Higher Secondary School, Peren and Government College, Peren attended the programme.
