Kohima, May 26 (MExN): The Catholic Association of Nagaland (CAN) donated a sum of 7 lakh “to partake in shouldering the transportation cost of passengers stranded in other states being brought home in hired buses.”
The CAN in a letter addressed to the Chief Minister of Nagaland said, “We understand that the enormity of your responsibility has increased much more by the weight of COVID-19 pandemic. We come forward to remind you that we are with you in our humble prayers, in your resolve in protecting the lives of the citizens of Nagaland from the infection of the pandemic COVID-19.”
The CAN assured “constant prayers” for the CM and all the citizens of our state.
