Kohima, October 22 (MExN): The 3 days long Fathers Camp 2023 of the Chakhesang Baptist Church Ministers Hiil, Kohima (CBCMHK) culminated today here at John Govt Higher Secondary School, Hostel, Viswema under Kohima district.
According to a press statement issued by Camp Media Coordinator, Kuzhovesa Soho, altogether 170 campers including officials, prayer group & cooks registered for the 3 days long camp.
As part of the outcome of the camp, a good number of campers especially young fathers came forward for new baptism, restoration of names, opting to live a new life in the family, adopting & resolving to be renewed & pursue vigour in their upcoming lives ahead.
The Church in short period of time will provide baptism classes, it informed.
The Men’s Fellowship Department of the CBCMHK expressed its gratitude to all the fathers who came forward and make the camp a meaningful venture. The department further conveyed gratefulness to the Church for providing all logistic preparations throughout the camp.
