DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 15 (MExN): The Chakhroma Students’ Union (CSU) organized the second edition of the Chakhroma Students’ Union Volleyball Running Trophy 2024 at the Chümoukedima Village Local Ground. Medo Yhokha graced the event as the special guest.
The program, chaired by CSU General Secretary Menokhrielie Chalieu, began with an invocation by Rev. Lhouzoviu Shüya, Pastor of Chümoukedima Village Baptist Church. Razouvotuo Chatsu, Chairman of the Chümoukedima Village Council, delivered an exhortation during the event.
In his address, Medo Yhokha emphasized the importance of unity among the people of Chakhroma, urging them to work together to achieve greater milestones. He also congratulated the community on the successful celebration of the 150th sesquicentennial anniversary of Chakhroma.
The tournament saw participation by 27 teams competing—21 in the men’s category and 6 in the women’s category.
