
Dimapur, September 2 (MExN): The Eastern Naga Students’ Association held its 6th General conference on August 27 at Mandeville Garden, Dimapur.
According to a press release received here on Friday, Kegwahun Tep, the President of Naga Students’ Federation was the special guest while Chingmak Kumchuba Chang, Eastern Naga Students’ Federation was the guest of honour along with President Naga Hoho, President Dimapur Naga Students’ Union, President All Naga Students’ Association Manipur (ANSAM).
The ENSA also conducted its Federal Assembly along with the Federating units and appointed the following a new team of executive councils for the tenure 2022-2025 led by Atimiu Makury as President. The others include Khannu Thomas (Vice President); Wanglet Soktoo (General Secretary); Lamtheo Khiamniungan (Joint Secretary); Wangpho Wangsa Konyak (Finance Secretary); S Tout Paul (Asst Finance Secretary); K Chingloi Konyak (Executive Chairman); Chongma Khiamniungan (Executive Secretary); Natong Tangshang (Info Secretary); Lengpisangmiu Makury (Asst Info Secretary); Divang Set (Statistical Secretary); Yeisujuv Makury (Asst Statistical Secretary); Leya Konyak (Women Coordinator); and Tsuthoi Khiamniungan (Asst W/Coordinator).
Meanwhile, in the release, the ENSA expressed appreciation to all the guests, invitees and participants who attended the conference, as well as those who contributed and supported in the conference through materially, financially, morally and spiritually. “We ENSA also urged each and everyone to continually support us even in the days to come,” it added.
