
Chümoukedima, October 14 (MExN): Property owners whose assets have been acquired and compensated by the Government along chainage km 152.225 to km 156.810 (Kiyevi village), have been requested to vacate the premises to enable execution of work along the 2-lane road with hard shoulder of Peren- Dimapur section of National Highway 129 A.
A public notice issued by the Chümoukedima Deputy Commissioner, Abhinav Shivam informed that this includes landowners, governmental and non-governmental agencies whose lands and other properties or plantations have been acquired and compensated for under Section 9 (2) of the Nagaland Land Requisition and Acquisition Act.
Stating that the notice has been issued for strict compliance, the DC asked the parties to “vacate/remove any standing structures on the compensated area from the date of issue of this notice (October 14), so that execution of work could commence smoothly,” and sought full cooperation to the work executing team.
