Shamator Town Baptist Church constructed a classroom at Government Primary School 'B' Shamator Town on October 2.
Shamator, October 4 (MExN): Shamator Town Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. R. Thsankiu, Pastor constructed a classroom at Government Primary School 'B' Shamator Town on October 2. The construction of the classroom measuring 13x15 was fully sponsored by the church.
The Officers Forum Shamator Town led by ADC Langkonsen Tsanglao also contributed cash of Rs. 23,500 towards the school which will be used for cementing classroom floors during winter break.
GPS 'B' Shamator Town School Managing Committee, Chairman Yanhokiu acknowledged the Shamator Town Baptist Church and Officers Forum Shamator Town for their contributions.
He also stated that the ‘administration’ visited the school on August 21 and noted the concerns of the school’s dilapidated state.
