
Dimapur, March 4 (MExN): The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Nagaland State Council will be organizing seminars and imparting trainings in various fields for the people of the state.
A press release issued by the CII Nagaland State Council Chairman Dr Aotoshi and Head Chuba Ozukum stated that the CII Nagaland State Council during its meeting at the DIMUL Conference Hall on March 4 resolved that the council will organize automobile training for one month at Dimapur for unemployed youths in the state.
Along with that, the release stated that the council also resolved to organize North East Enterprise at Dimapur with a view to encourage entrepreneurs in the state.
The release also informed that a seminar on ‘Recent development in the study of medicinal plants with special reference to NE’ and ‘challenges and opportunities for SSI in the Global scenario’ will be organized. Further, the council will sponsor a survey as well as studies on the Nagaland-Myanmar border trade.
The release stated that the CII Nagaland State Council is determined to promote genuine upcoming entrepreneurs by contacting different financial institutions for providing loan without reservation, and appeal the financial institutions to come forward for sponsoring business exposure trip to south India.
The release stated that the council would request CII to launch Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST) program in Nagaland towards helping the first generation entrepreneurs in the state.
The release further stated that Dr Aotoshi, CEO, DIMUL was elected unanimously as the chairman of CII Nagaland State Council for 207-08.
The release also expressed happiness to K. Srinivasa Murthy, Councilor –Technology from Hyderabad attended the meeting to have interaction and highlighting various issues concerning promotion of CII members in Nagaland and their activities with the CII Members.
The release also stated that the state council members extends its gratefulness to the outgoing chairman, Anand Raj, Managing Director, Global Access for his immense contributions.
