The Book of St, John (NT) was translated by Dr. Weprenyi Mero and it was dedicated to the glory of God and release by Rev. Z. Mero, Sr. Pastor PTBC at Pftütseromi Village Baptist Church on 31-01-2006. In the second stage, Rev. Dr, V.K.Nuh, Gen. Secretary of CNBC dedicated and released Holy Bible (Kesoleshi in Kuzhale) to the glory of God on 28th March 2010 at Chizami Baptist Church which was translated by Dr. Weprenyi Mero, way back 2005. It was jointly edited, refined and final proof reading were done by Rev. Professor K. Lasuh and Dr. Ditsolo Kapfo, basing on Kuzhami Kuzhale Chahale Dikshüneri) (Khezha-English Dictionary) brought out by Dr. Kedutso Kapfo, Central Institute of Indian Languages, Manasagangotri, Mysore, published in April 2007, approved by the Kuzhale Literature Committee.
The Kuzhale Literature Committee (Kuzhale Lethu Lichi) headed by Dr. Ditsolo Kapfo, Chairman, KLL and Mr. Welhitsolo T. Mero, Secretary, KLL had written to the President, Chakhesang. Baptist Church Council, T. Chikri, Pfütsero, Nagaland, seeking approval for printing of Holy Bible (Kesoleshi in Kuzhale) and expressed desire of endorsement to BSI, Auxiliary Branch, Dirnapur for printing vide their letter No. KLL-2/CORR107- 08 dated Pfütsero, the 21st April 2008 and the same copy had been endorsed to Executive secretary, CBCC and Auxiliary Secretary, BSI, Dimapur. However, it had turned down by the CBCC and did not issue “No objection Certificate". Since there was no option left out, funds were raised in Kuzhami Baptist Churches by way of contributions, donations from the individuals, well wishers and sympathizers.
Accordingly, it got printed from other firms other than BSI. The Holy Bible in Chakhesang Kuzhale dialect Khezha dialect) have started using widely in an Kuzhale speaking Churches since 28-03-2010 and will continue even in the days to come. Praise God for all these things.
The Kuzhale Literature Committee (KLL) would like to convey our felicitation and appreciation to Chokri Gospel Literature Committee, BSI, for having brought out Chakhesang Chokri Bible in time and release on 27-12-2015, and further extends gratitude to Rev. Translation of Holy Bible (Kuzhale Bible) would begin (Chakhesang Kuzhale dialect) from February 2016, being mentioned/stated by E.S, CBCC which appeared in Nagaland Post on 28-12-2015 has drawn our attention and would like to clarify that "Revision of Holy Bible in Chakhesang Kuzhale dialect Is most welcome" as it is required to be done from time to time In order to get its fidelity in translation, updating of vocabularies, interpretation of words and Improvement In various ways etc. And translation of Holy Bible in Chakhesang Kuzhale dialect for the second time may not be so much necessary as it was already done earlier and the same Is in great used today.
