CNSA condemns district boundaries dispute

Dimapur, April 5 (MExN): The Central Nagaland Students' Association (CNSA) has expressed deep concerned over district boundaries dispute between Dimapur and Peren. CNSA in a press release issued by its President, Himato Yeptho; General Secretary, Lipemo M Tsopoe and Vice President, Akummeren Longchar stated that anyone involved in disturbing the peaceful atmosphere by destroying properties and causing loss of life must be booked at the earliest under the law of the land. It also urged the parties involved in boundary dispute to strictly implement the 2019 status quo in latter and in spirit. It also urged all to desist from commenting and instigating various groups from further escalating the situation. Meanwhile, CNSA also stated its support for implementation of RIIN commission report at the earliest to prevent misuse of indigenous certificates and employment opportunities in the state.
