Complain against GMTD BSNL

After much patience and facing the ire of the public, I on behalf of the general public of Longleng would like to bring to your notice the following facts relating to the Landline Telephone Communication in Longleng District.

Many a time complaints were lodged in the telephone office regarding the Death of Telephone. But the department is never bothered to tend to the welfare of the public. In fact they simply neglect their responsibility to serve the people. It is also astonishing that the in charge of the Telephone office (Lineman) is always out of station and visit the office only twice or thrice a week or Month. For umpteen times, it has been brought to your notice that a casual staff who face and bear lot of untold hardship from the subscribers, says that the LCC card is out of stock for which restoration was delayed, but since then the fault occurred again. The department is just taking the people for a ride. This shows the irresponsibility of the concerned department.

The undersigned, therefore, on behalf of the general public earnestly appeal to the higher authority to look into the matter seriously by restoring the death telephone lines and make some remedial measure.
